In the afternoon, Historical guided city tour of Cusco visiting the Main Square, the Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun.
After, we'll leave the city to visit the Inca sites of Qenqo, Tambomachay, Puca Pucara, and the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuaman.
Qenqo: An archaeological site featuring intriguing carved rock formations and underground channels, believed to have been used by the Incas for ceremonial and religious purposes.
Tambomachay: Known as the "Inca Baths," Tambomachay boasts water fountains used for rituals and purification. Its architecture and hydraulic engineering are remarkable.
Puca Pucara: An ancient military fortress guarding the access to Cusco, named for its red stones.
Sacsayhuaman: An awe-inspiring fortress with enormous, precisely carved stones forming its walls. It offers panoramic views of Cusco.
Return to the city of Cusco.
The day starts with an early morning rise to transfer to Cusco train station for a three hour train journey to the famous Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu, also known as "The Lost City of the Incas". Arrive at Aguas Calientes station followed by a 30-minute bus drive, climbing 6km of winding road, to the incredible Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, we´ll participate in a guided tour of the Citadel, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred (Intiwatana), the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows and various burial grounds. Lunch in a restaurant at Aguas Calientes town.
Late afternoon return to Cusco. Overnight at selected hotel in Cusco.

In the afternoon, dive into Lima's rich history as our tour unfolds through the city's three pivotal eras: Pre-hispanic, Colonial, and Modern. Begin with a panoramic sweep of “La Huaca Pucllana,” a testament to Lima's ancient civilizations. The journey continues to the heart of Lima's Historical Downtown, where you'll be mesmerized by its grand palaces, mansions, churches, and squares, each a narrative of the city's colonial past. As we venture into the residential elegance of San Isidro, the tour gradually transitions into the modern vibrancy of Lima. Culminate your experience with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean from Miraflores, capturing the essence of Lima's contemporary charm. This experience is enriched with exclusive admissions to the BCR Museum, offering a treasure trove of Peruvian heritage, and the Complejo Monumental San Francisco, renowned for its historic catacombs. Please note, the BCR Museum welcomes visitors during specific times and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays afternoon, and all day on Mondays.
Early in the morning, transfer to the airport to departure to Iquitos
A warm welcome at the airport and then the first step in this adventure takes you to encounter turtles, manatees, monkeys, sloth bears and other species that have been recovered from illegal trade or from a life in risky conditions. Discover how they are rehabilitated and prepared to return to their habitat, at the Amazon Rescue Center (CREA), which operates in the city of Iquitos.
Then you take the route towards the town of Amak, which starts from one of the most exotic points of the Iquito jungle: the port of Bellavista – Nanay where there is a colorful market where the famous suri or Amazonian worm and the fruits are offered. most curious people born on this earth. A mandatory step for any traveler who intends to cross the Amazon River.
Flanked by lush vegetation and a sky so blue that it looks like something out of a catalogue, the largest and longest river in the world is a complete treat for the eyes. A canoe, a small boat, a large cargo ship appear on the scene, as if wanting to break the stillness of this natural wonder. But nothing distracts anymore.
When it doesn't rain, the water levels drop considerably so we will sail through the waters of the Amazon River for approximately 1 hour. A little boy awaits you at the end of this tour to take you into the dense jungle, where the sign of any type of civilization begins to be lost. 40 minutes later, a maloca announces that you are on Amak's land and part of our team welcomes you to begin a unique journey in the Amazon.
A welcome drink, some instructions for your stay and you are located in the cabins. A bed covered with a mosquito net, a nightstand and a chair are all the furniture for the next few days. Remember that luxury is in the experience. The roof allows you to see the trees and its huge windows allow you to feel in the middle of the jungle, but without risk.
You taste the local cuisine before starting our first exploration. We get ready to navigate the Yanayaco (black river). Its black waters produce one of the most beautiful water mirrors there is, you feel sailing as if in the clouds that reflect in its waters, the peace of this place is perfect to rest and get our feelings out. handcrafted fishing rods to see what fish falls.
Returning to the villa, follow the torchlight path that marks the route to the dining room. Local products and innovative techniques are fused by the talented kitchen team that once again shines with Amazonian flavors in a gourmet version. The after-dinner session gives you the opportunity to remember the best moments of the day, charge your technological equipment and prepare to continue the adventure.
The itinerary begins before dawn. At four thirty in the morning and if the weather permits, you go out in search of birds. Aboard small traditional boats and with the help of a local guide, one of those who recognize the species just by hearing them in the distance.
After an energizing breakfast, you board another boat heading to Monkey Island, a completely green territory inhabited by different species of primates. In its 450 hectares there are more than 200 pichico monkeys, handsome monkeys and sloths in complete freedom. In addition to learning about this species, you can interact with the specimens that have just arrived at this rescue center.
Lunch is a separate experience. Local flavors and exotic products invade our palate and captivate it. Our kitchen team excels at reinterpreting classic recipes and surprising with signature dishes. But the real protagonists are, once again, the native communities that produce the inputs. The result is not only pleasant for the diner but also for the local economy and the environment.
In the afternoon explore the Amazon forest. The walk allows you to see its eco system and habitat. You can also see some musmuqui monkey dens, nests of leaf-cutting ants and flocks of herons. It all depends on the weather and what nature wants to show you.
At night, monkeys and owls can be heard. Guides carry ultraviolet flashlights to guide you toward tarantulas, scorpions, and other species that wake up at dusk.
To close the night we can enjoy dinner while we are accompanied by a beautiful starry sky.
After the most pleasant eight hours of sleep of your life, in which you rest under the lullaby of the wind hitting the trees and the sound of nature, it is time to enjoy a good breakfast with seasonal fruits and everything you need to continue with the great trip.
We will get ready to go in search of the Pink Dolphins in the Amazon River, one of the most rewarding experiences.
Then on the way back, the next point to visit is Chullachaqui, a small eco-museum that owes its name to the jungle elf, who according to the Iquiteños can take any shape, appear and enchant you. The place exhibits unique species such as the prehistoric mata-mata tortoise, which reaches gigantic sizes like those of the Galapagos. There are also varieties of caimans, boas and other species rescued by Kevin, a young man from the Timicuro community who started this project when he was only 18 years old.
Then we head to the Villa and before leaving, you are once again in front of one of the greatest attractions of the circuit: gastronomy. Then you board the peque peque that takes you back to the Timicuro hamlet, to the walk to Once Amigos, to the boat and to Iquitos. The vibrant city where the adventure ends.
